Within this one day workshop:
1) The CEO will provide a preamble to set tone and goal.
2) Executives will quickly review the Strategic Vision as a recap to ensure focus for the day.
3) Executives will discuss pre-planning inputs to set context and select options to prioritize.
4) Leave aligned and agreed upon for selected options and next steps.
These outputs will feed the Strategic Post-Planning activity.
