This workshop is part of the Strategic Planning Series. The required input to the workshop is to have a defined set of long term strategic business outcomes, such as growth targets, efficiency targets, customer loyalty targets, etc. (see Strategic Visioning offering). This workshop will work with a group of individuals (ideally 4-6) to create a list of options that could be selected to achieve the strategic outcomes. e.g. new products, new markets, product improvements, partnerships, etc.
They are then defined and rated for decision by executive. As such, this is a great way to engage subject matter experts and strategic thinkers prior to the executive strategic planning day, where explicit decisions are made on the informed options. This exercise works best when groups are hand picked (and cross-functional) to solve a specific outcome. One workshop per outcome.
